Welcome
I am a child therapist and author from London. I specialise in supporting children with anxiety along with their parents and carers at my practice, the Mill Hill Therapy Hub. My first book, “Help! My Child’s Anxiety is Giving Me Anxiety” was published by Headline in April 2025 as a hardback and audio book.

My approach
I believe that the relationship between the therapist and the client is the most important aspect of therapy. In my case, that applies to my child clients and their families.
I use talking, art materials (especially clay, slime and paint) and play to get to know my clients and help them find what they think they need and support their family as a whole.
I use a humanistic approach which takes its cues from the client whatever their age or reasons for coming. I also encourage parental participation in sessions where appropriate and always enjoy working with pro-active and committed parents.
I hope that our positive relationship, shared experience and my aim to help shed light for the client through my therapeutic skills will help you considerably in the long run.
Mill Hill Therapy Hub
I also run the Mill Hill Therapy Hub in north-west London, which pairs therapists and clients and provides three possible spaces (two in Mill Hill and one in Hendon) for their work together to take place.
The Mill Hill Therapy Hub is the communal working place for over 25 adult therapists and ten child therapists. Use our “Find a practitioner” tool to see who has suitable specialist areas and we can match you up straight away with a qualified and highly skilled practitioner with immediate availability to meet your or a family member’s needs.
