School visits and lectures
Since 2020, I have been aiming to use all I have learned to help larger numbers of parents and teachers by lecturing at schools and online. I visit schools for coffee mornings, evening parenting events and inset teaching for teachers. The aim is to help parents and educators gain a better and more practical understanding of how mental health impacts children.
