Fees and next steps
I understand you are seeking support for your child or someone close to you and I’m here to help. While I’m an anxiety specialist, I also work with children and adolescents with other issues and I have an extensive network of excellent therapist colleagues with a range of specialisms working at the Mill Hill Therapy Hub and online to refer to.
Therapy sessions & calls
My usual working days for in-person therapy sessions are Wednesday afternoons, Saturday and Sunday mornings, while I can find ad hoc availability for sessions on other days of the week subject to room availability. View my live session availability on splose.
I am available for ad hoc parenting phone calls even if I don’t end up working directly with your child. These are booked on Calendly.
If you have decided you’re interested in therapy for your child, please book an introductory call. I have weekday slots in the morning, afternoon until 2pm and evenings at 9pm.
Please provide a summary of the issue including your child’s age, year group, location and school. Introductory calls last 30 minutes (£45) or one hour (£75). Payment is via Stripe using a debit or credit card.
Once we’ve decided if therapy sounds appropriate, you’ll be able to book 50-minute sessions in my therapy room at the Mill Hill Therapy Hub in Mill Hill, north-west London. You can book slots on splose or the plugin below.
When working with children, I usually start with two or three sessions and then assess with the family if a child should continue. I don’t sign anyone up for long-term therapy and like to work quickly. I recommend reading my FAQs before getting in touch.
Pricing
50-minute session
My standard fee for a 50-minute session is £95.
I’m not currently registered with any private health insurance providers, so all fees are paid by the families that I work with by bank transfer or debit/credit card 24 hours in advance.
Children who attend or have attended the Orion Primary School and Goldbeaters Primary School will be able to receive therapy from me at a reduced rate. Other rates can be negotiated for families in need and I offer a reduced single-parent rate.
It’s crucial we all have access to mental health support for ourselves and our children.
Phone calls
Phone calls are charged at £45 for 30 minutes or £75 for one hour.
Professional letters
Referral or recommendation letters for school, GPs or any other professional are charged at £45. If you are a current client and would like to pay for a letter, click here.
Cancellation policy
In-person sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full. My policy for phone calls is 12 hours unless the call is rearranged in which case there is no charge.
