SASKIA JOSS

Saskia is a BACP-accredited child therapist specialising in working with children with anxiety.

She uses an integrative humanistic approach to create a real relationship with clients and their families. She provides a creative space for children and adolescents to explore their feelings.

Through the use of art equipment, role play and games to engage and calm children of all ages, she is able to find the root of what is going on at their pace.

 
 

JOANNE VIDETZKY

Joanne is an HCPC-registered Psychologist with over 20 years of experience as a therapist in South Africa and the UK.

She has an integrative approach, combining narrative, person-centred, CBT, mindfulness-based and systemic modalities. Joanne works with individuals and couples, and with a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, life adjustments, relationship pressures, parenting, self-esteem challenges, work-related stress and bereavement.  

In addition to her clinical practice, Joanne is a university lecturer and offers supervision to other clinicians.

ASHLEIGH MURRAY

Ashleigh is a Play and Creative Arts Therapist working with children and adolescents.

She is extremely passionate about enabling children and young people to express themselves. Her goal is to help them understand their emotions and inner world while providing a safe space for them to feel seen and heard, whether through words or the language of play. She strives to support her clients in overcoming obstacles and living a full and happy life, incorporating an element of fun in our work whenever possible.

She also offers face-to-face Creative Clinical Supervision to Qualified and Trainee Therapists.

 

RUTH ELIAS JONES

Ruth is a BACP-registered adult psychotherapist who provides a warm, non-judgemental, compassionate space for you to explore yourself, your past and the places in your life where you feel stuck and want to make a change.

As an integrative therapist, Ruth uses a range of different therapeutic approaches to build the therapy around you and what you need, working with and honouring all aspects who you are as a person.

ELIZA LEVY

Eliza is a compassionate integrative counsellor with 8 years experience, currently working with adults.

She holds a degree in Counselling, a Postgraduate Diploma in Child and Adolescent Counselling, and is nearing the completion of a five-year Master’s in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy.

Eliza has supported clients through a wide range of challenges, including low mood, depression, anxiety, hopelessness, anger, stress, relationship difficulties, grief, low self-esteem, and life transitions.

TALYA RESSEL

Talya Ressel is a psychotherapist who has worked in both South Africa and England for the past 16 years. She is now based in North London, UK and works with individuals, couples, and families.

Beyond private therapy sessions, Talya runs therapeutic groups and training workshops as well as consults with various schools and organisations. Talya is also a well-respected professional in the media platform. She has appeared regularly on radio and TV programmes as well as contributed many articles in a variety of print media.

JANINE TAMMAN

Janine is a BACP accredited Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist and has been fortunate to have worked within a variety of settings in her professional work, having spent six years working within CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services) and has been working in Primary Schools as a School Therapist/ Counsellor for over 10 years.

Janine uses a number of modalities to enable communication and build trust within the sessions, using verbal, art, play and drama therapy techniques to provide the best support for the child in exploring their emotional world. Janine is committed to providing the best environment to promote self-exploration and awareness by offering strategies to promote positive changes within the child and boost their self-confidence and understanding through emotional learning.

 

STACEY HART

Stacey is a BACP registered counsellor practising for over 20 years. Her approach as an integrative counsellor means she draws on her experience using a range of different modalities. With 1,000s of client hours behind her, she has vast knowledge of helping with loss, bereavement, divorce, anxiety and depression. Stacey offers a safe and confidential space to explore and make sense of your personal difficulties, emotional struggles and is passionate about creating positive outcomes for her clients.

CARA LORRIMER

Cara Lorrimer is a Counsellor specialising in the Creative Arts. She has over 18 years of experience working with children and young people and is registered with BACP.

Cara combines the therapeutic arts and counselling as a powerful tool to help children and young people navigate through their experiences and emotions in a non-judgmental space, so they can feel safe to express themselves freely.

LARA PHILLIPS

Lara is an ADDCA and PAAC certified ADHD coach. Her background as a Psychology graduate with Psychodynamic training equips her with extensive knowledge in mental health, which she utilises to offer a holistic approach. She trained at the largest, most comprehensive ADHD coaching academy and has also completed specialist ADHD family training, to help support both parents and children, in addition to her adult clients.  

Lara’s approach to coaching is collaborative and client-centred, emphasising the importance of self-awareness and action in personal development. She is driven by the belief that everyone has the potential to harness their strengths and build tools to help challenges they may be facing so that they can make significant life changes.

Lara is particularly passionate about integrating mindset work into her coaching and will work with every individuals unique brain wiring so that they can become who they want to be.

 

ROCHELLE GOULD

Rochelle is an experienced BACP accredited and registered counsellor and psychotherapist.

She has run a private practice for 15 years and integrates a range of theories including psychodynamic, humanistic and also CBT. Rochelle offers clients a safe and confidential environment in which to make sense of difficult feelings, believing in the importance of addressing each client’s individual needs, in a supportive and non-judgemental way. 

Rochelle has specific experience in: alcohol and drug abuse, bereavement, domestic abuse, childhood sexual abuse. In addition, Rochelle has worked extensively with neurodiversity and special needs, and sees clients with Autism and ADHD in addition to supporting family members/carers.

Rochelle works with individuals – adults and young people aged 14+, and with couples.

CHANTAL LEISER

Chantal is a BACP registered Child and Adolescent Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and HCPC registered Counselling Psychologist.

She has psychodynamically orientated clinical experience working with children, adolescents, families and adults in the UK and Argentina.

In her psychotherapy sessions, Chantal provides a safe environment with a deep level of listening, alongside talking cures for all ages who may be encountering difficulties. Chantal encourages patients to explore their thoughts and feelings, and their internal as well as external relations with the aim of making changes through fostering maturation. Chantal uses a creative approach to help patients feel at ease, this can mean talking, play, games, creative arts or most usually a mix of all these.

 

KAREN LAZARUS

Karen is a Hypno4Children Practitioner and a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist based in North London with a passion for helping people to make positive changes.

She is a devoted mum to 3 children ranging from baby through to teenager, has a wealth of experience of working with many different ages and stages and can work with people from 5 years through to adulthood, giving them the skills they need to help manage a broad array of anxieties and issues.

She will work collectively with both the parents and children, providing tools and techniques to be used throughout life to improve their overall Wellbeing.

ANTONIA CAPLAN

Antonia is a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist.

As a previous deputy clinical lead in an NHS Talking Therapy Service, she has over 10 years of experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in NHS services in London. She has been trained as a CBT practitioner since 2014, and is accredited by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).

Her goal is always to help her patients make meaningful changes in their lives, taking an open and honest approach to therapy. She specialises in treating anxiety disorders such as Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Health anxiety,and Social Anxiety, as well as depression, phobias, Low self esteem and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

ANDREA ARULNAYAGAM

Andrea is a UKCP-accredited and BACP-registered integrative psychotherapist, working with children, adolescents and adults, with over a decade of experience working in both primary and secondary schools. She is currently working as a secondary school therapist seeing students and staff, as well as working privately with adults.

With children and adolescents, Andrea uses a variety of techniques to understand their inner world, whilst boosting confidence, self-awareness and supporting their individual emotional needs. Gavriel is an HCPC registered music psychotherapist with NHS experience dedicated to supporting individual’s mental and emotional well-being through music. His compassionate approach combines multiple forms of therapies, tailored to each person's unique needs and goals.

Whether creating music, listening, or talking, sessions offer a safe and creative space for exploration and healing. No musical experience is needed—just a willingness to engage in the process. Sarah has over 35 years experience working as a Qualified counsellor (BACP) and as a Mental Health Practitioner (Diploma in Social work, CQSW) in a range of NHS and voluntary settings.

She is particularly skilled in working with women with a range of anxieties and relationship issues.

She is a trained bereavement counsellor and for many years worked as a mental health social worker.

ANNA CHALMERS-BROWN

Anna is a clinical psychologist who works with adults, adolescents and children. She is an accredited EMDR practitioner and has a keen interest in working with trauma across the lifespan. Anna worked in CAMHS for a number of years before focusing on her private practice.

Anna offers Video Interaction Guidance (VIG). VIG is a strengths-based, brief therapeutic intervention that promotes attunement, sensitivity, and mentalization through the use of video. It is used with parents and carers of children of all ages and can be used in a variety of relationships and contexts.

 

RACHELI WEINBERG

Racheli is BAPT accredited play therapist working with children and young people aged 4-16 facing a variety of challenges. She provides a safe, warm and permissive environment, enabling children to explore and express their emotions through the medium of play. Play is an important mode of communication for children, where they are able to express unconscious thoughts and feelings.

 

NICKI COHEN

Nicki is a BACP registered Counsellor and Supervisor, based in Mill Hill and Radlett She is trained to Level 4 as an Integrative Counsellor and to Level 5 as a Trauma Informed Practitioner.

Nicki has spent the past 6 years working in a large secondary school and specialises in  helping young people to navigate the often difficult path of teenage life, in a safe, empathic and non-judgmental space. Nicki also works with adults. 

Nicki believes that the therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone of the entire counselling process and prides herself on being warm and empathic, being able to truly listen and hear  clients, gently working with them to ensure that the therapy journey is meaningful and helpful.

DEBBI FERNANDES

Debbi is a Certified Master Life Coach and Consultant with the I.C.F., with over 10 years' experience specialising in helping individuals of all ages navigate life’s many transitions. Born in Manchester, UK, she grew up in South Africa, lived in the USA and Portugal, and has now come full circle back to the UK. Debbi has been an educator for the past 30 years, working closely with parents and students, so moving into coaching was a natural progression.

Debbi’s coaching philosophy is grounded in empathy, compassion and empowerment. She believes that every individual has the potential to overcome their challenges and achieve their goals, and her aim is to help clients tap into that potential.

She currently works both in person and remotely via Zoom.

 

GABI HIGHMAN

Dr Gabi Highman is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience working both in the NHS (as therapy team lead and a senior manager for adolescent inpatient services) and privately. She has particular interest and expertise in providing therapy with adolescents, families and adults suffering from anxiety, OCD, depression, attachment difficulties, relationships problems and trauma.

Gabi has training in a range of different therapies which include behavioural therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), systemic (family) therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing).

Gabi provides a warm, welcoming and safe space for therapy.

 

SIMONA ROTMAN SHATS

Simona is an HCPC-registered Integrative Arts Psychotherapist and a member of the BAAT (British Association of Art Therapists). 

As an Integrative Arts Psychotherapist, she recognises that every individual is unique and adjusts her approach accordingly. She works with individuals from 16 years old and above.

Simona aims to create a warm trusting relationship with her clients, where there is space to make sense of the difficulties the client might be facing and to find new ways of doing things with more flexibility, choice and wellbeing.

YEE-MEI CHAU

Yee-mei is a BAPT registered play therapist. She obtained a Master’s degree in Play Therapy at Roehampton University London with award of full International Excellence Scholarship. Before studying and working in London and Manchester, she worked as a university lecturer, a school teacher, and a play therapist in Hong Kong. Synthesising her experiences from these three cities, she uses a non-judgemental child-centred approach in working therapeutically with children and young people with severe mental health issues.

She is experienced in providing mental health intervention to children and their families with difficulties, including early relationship trauma, medical trauma, neglect, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, domestic abuse, self-harm, ADHD, ASD, global developmental delay, bereavement and separation.
